ZUMspot and D-Star help

After the club's presentation on hotspots, I purchased a ZUMspot and have been using it on YSF and YSF -> DMR, but I wanted to get onto D-Star as well, so I purchased an ID-31A Plus that was on sale at HRO,

I must be extremely dense because I cannot seem program this radio to access the hotspot.

Are there any D-Star experts out there that may be able to help me out?
